FIS Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I get paid 6 figures and woek from home.

The best part was the actual pay, it was pretty fair.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Health Insurance, HSA, 401k, EAP.

benefits including stock and 401K

It is greater than the average and the bonuses for overachievement are massive

Review from Sales Dept

I am satisfied with my compensation package. They give you good basic pay, HRA, DA, bonus.

I feel great as we get MIP always 100% and some times more than 100% depends up on performance

Review from IT Dept

401k match 6% of total comp to limit.

Commission program based on sales

Review from Sales Dept

They listened and came back with a fair deal.

Review from Sales Dept

I felt I was heard and the came back with a solid compensation package.

Benefits and low variable pay

Salary is fine for my level and experience

Health Insurance and Quarterly Incentive

I'm grateful for what I'm paid. I still can't afford to buy a house where I live, but I am grateful nonetheless.

Fair pay and overall compensation package

The Pension is excellent and performs well

Compensation is very competitive. Stock options and 401K matching by employer.

Bonus plan participation, but it's only available to a subset of employees

Review from Customer Support Dept

FIS offers many great benefits. The company stock and 401k match is amazing. The holiday schedule is great. My health insurance is affordable. Really a great compensation package.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is less in FIS. It is not n par with market

Salary normalization for under paid resources is key.

Proper recognition for exceptional tenured employees, in terms of compensation hike

The hikes and the package can be improved a lot

70% hike required based on market value of the job I perform

I don't feel undervalued. I commented because I believe it could be better. Especially the benefits. We work very hard here and it would be great to have the bonus and benefits be a bit more.

There should be larger and more consistent incremental increases.

too much of bonus pay has to do w overall performance. my group is very profitable, but company hasn't been doing so well, So we're penalized by their performance.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I always bribg a great attitude, work very hard and do more than what is asked of me. I always find something to do after finishing my assignments on my to di list.

medical benefits leave a lot to be desired; employee cost contribution is excessively high

Don't just say you pay market rates-actually pay market rates, more of you want the employee to stay. Insulting that the company does not give a raise but management still gets a bonus. More insulting are the emails encouraging us to give when we can't afford to.

There is no system to judge associate capability. Growth lies in the hand of current project manager only due to projectized work environment.

A hike, promotion which is not given now its 7 years + time promotion not given

I've literally been told I currently did not make enough to move to the next level / position. Yet my manager cannot get me an out of band increase or promotion.

Review from IT Dept

Acceptable rate for compensation base on my market value and more incentive plans

Review from Operations Dept

The benefits are ok. However, I would like to see more benefits that will benefit realistically in everyday life- like childcare assistance and a travel program for those who don't drive

Review from Customer Support Dept

Health benefits, although offered, do not cover much in our area, it is very expensive to the employee. Other benefits are not applied equally across the company.

Salaries are not competitive for the region and the benefits have become less and less over the past few years since FIS acquired SunGard

Pay disparity between middle management/professionals and upper management is way too wide.
