What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Employee benefits. Remote culture. Pay structure

Get better at honest communications

Focusing on everyone not just select employees

The leadership team needs some stability. It is reorganised frequently. They need to value employee experience rather than seeing employees as resource units.

They are not in touch with reality. Sending emails saying they care are pretty insincere. Raises are meager.

Lay-offs are a management failure.

Honest communication and valuing long term employees.
