Innovation oriented focus towards goals
Everybody is helpful and very understanding
Concern for me as a person outside of just FIS business
They communicate with their teams.
Very helpful and supportive at work
Great management and leadership team
Always communicating and keeping us informed.
They are so approachable and down to earth.
Supportive, but sometimes you have to explore on your own.
Open to hearing new ideas
There is nothing that I like
I like that management will speak candidly if you get them one on one.
Employee benefits. Remote culture. Pay structure
Get better at honest communications
Focusing on everyone not just select employees
The leadership team needs some stability. It is reorganised frequently. They need to value employee experience rather than seeing employees as resource units.
They are not in touch with reality. Sending emails saying they care are pretty insincere. Raises are meager.
Lay-offs are a management failure.
Honest communication and valuing long term employees.
