Mr. Jeffrey P. Devine, also known as Jeff, has been Executive Vice President of Operations at Fitbit, Inc. since March 06, 2017. Mr. Devine served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Palm, Inc. since July 2008. Mr. Devine was responsible for creating and sustaining a competitive advantage for Palm by developing a global supply-chain model that delivers best-in-class performance in areas such as product introduction, quality, total cost and delivery. He has more than 25 years of operating experience scaling global technology brands including Cisco, Nokia and Hewlett-Packard. Prior to joining Palm, Inc. from July 2007 to July 2008, Mr. Devine served as Vice President, Global Customer Logistics at Nokia Corporation. From September 2003 to July 2007, he served as Vice President, Operations and Logistics, Americas and from November 2000 to Sept 2003, as Vice President, Sales at Nokia. He spent 13 years at Nokia in a wide range of roles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Devine helped start up a new Boeing Electronics facility focused on high-performance teams and was a production manager at Texas Instruments. Mr. Devine holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Dayton and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University.
