What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are there to listen to the employees and the customers. They truly care about the answers they get, good or bad.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No central organization! Each branch is their own entity
to improve communication in week meetings
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free gym membership at a place I care about.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid more. They purposely underpayment staff in seattle and say you'll make it up through bonuses.
Employee value was fair but it came at the expense of the business
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly coworkers. Very low stress environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The bosses daughter needs an additude adjustment.
