Mr. Eric M. Specter has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Five Below, Inc. since July 2014. Mr. Specter served as the Chief Integration Officer and Executive Vice President of Ascena Retail Group and Acting President of Catherines. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Charming Shoppes Inc., since January 1997. He served as Treasurer of Charming Shoppes Inc., from February 1998 to March 2000. With a 30 year retail career, he oversaw the planning and integration of Charming Shoppes into Ascena, as well as the strategic positioning, direction and leadership of Catherines, a women's apparel brand with approximately 400 stores. Mr. Specter served as the President of Spirit of America, Inc. During his tenure at Charming Shoppes, he helped grow its from approximately t300 to over 2000 stores, positioning Charming Shoppes as a leader in women's plus-size apparel. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Charming Shoppes Inc., since 1985 and was employed by it since 1983. He served as Associate in Accounting firm of Touche Ross & Company.
