They would always communicate key things to employees. Their not BS leaders. They mean well and they are trying all their best to keep that culture we have in Five9
What did you like most about the interview process?
I'm not sure how other groups do theirs within the company. For our group, its the positive recommendation process, feedback from friends in the industry (I'm part of WFM team in CS Phils), and the culture fit process of the team.
