The people care. From executives down to your peers, everyone wants to contribute to success, put egos aside and row in the same direction. Disagreements and challenging ideas are met with logic, debated with character and the best idea surfaces and wins.

I'm not sure how other groups do theirs within the company. For our group, its the positive recommendation process, feedback from friends in the industry (I'm part of WFM team in CS Phils), and the culture fit process of the team.
