What is the best part about your compensation package?

There isn't anything the best or least. Everything is fine

I am paid well for my role, good time off

Benefits are good and compensation plan is very competitive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If they didnt lower compensation when the economy gets a little harder. Lower positiions. Disposing of the bottom to maintain massive pay for the leadership

Wasnt paid any benefits as stated other than mandatory overtime. However I was promised benefits .
