High energy, energized great ambient

There are many Employee resource groups

Everyone seems to get along in my branch

Diversity and inclusion real empowerment

So inclusive, employees are the main priority

The efficiency that we are able to operate and support received from management if/when needed.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Need to allow employees a bit more flexible, we are chained to our desk / chairs practically all day when trying to meet quotas that are impossible!
