Provide training, provide support, have a team lead who knows their job.
paying attention to the employees instead of saying quit asking too many questions when you are new and learning. How can you learn if you don't ask questions

If they didnt lower compensation when the economy gets a little harder. Lower positiions. Disposing of the bottom to maintain massive pay for the leadership
Wasnt paid any benefits as stated other than mandatory overtime. However I was promised benefits .
support was there for employees
PTO and 401k matching isn't all that great
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Culture change in company. Stop the creating a volitile environment where everyone is afraid and it may create a better culture.
Stop trying to show off to management and actually work as a team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need to allow employees a bit more flexible, we are chained to our desk / chairs practically all day when trying to meet quotas that are impossible!

Listening doesnt happen so change can not happen
