Flatiron Health Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pension plan is great

The company seems to be sincere in its desire to keep employees from leaving

As a PT employee I am able to request a large amount of time off which gives me flexiblity in my work schedule.

unlimitd pto and free lunch

Compensation base is strong, as is the bonus and stock offering, which is with Roche, a very strong stock. The medical benefits are very good; better than the usually good benefit my partner's non-profit provides. You won't be disappointed.

I like the newly added target bonus and the Roche stock.

Review from Engineering Dept

Between salary and sock options, it's the best package I've ever received. Compensation is driven by standard metrics that are calibrated axis the company to avoid inequity.

Review from Engineering Dept

There are a lot of fringe benefits here: catered lunches, snack rooms, free workout classes, manicures, etc. Also fantastic health insurance!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More opportunities to grow and move around.

I make 1/4 what I earn at my FT job and $10/hr less than I made at my first job in this work, which was 10 years ago. I like being part of their mission, but I look at it as volunteer work.

Compared to other nurses, even in the midwest, I don't make as much. Given they're a NYC based company, they're paying remote for nurses because they know on these offers they could never attract NYC based nurses.

Compensation needs to be aligned with job duties and responsibilities. Overtime work, and overachievement is not appreciated not rewarded.
