The mission definitely and the people I work with.

I like the newly added target bonus and the Roche stock.

My coworkers and knowing that I'm contributing to an impactful mission fighting cancer and helping patients.

I've been at Flatiron for four years and have always found the leadership team to be transparent and forward thinking.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never worked with such great and intelligent people in my career. I truly enjoy working with those on my team and find that everyone is very mission driven.
