What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've demonstrated a commitment to transparency and integrity reinforced through leadership by example.
They have a very open door policy and are always seeking advice, input and dissenting opinions!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we adjust annually based on the market and I always feel fairly compensated comparative to the perks of working remotely.
Compensation is very competitive with some of the best benefits I've seen.
I got to choose if I wanted more equity or more base - I appreciated the options!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
True collaboration, visibility and recognition from the business.
My team is super supportive and we often do check-ins with each other to see how we're doing. I'm also impressed with their level of engagement and willingness to take new risks and try things!
Incredibly resourceful and excited to make a big impact. We aren't afraid to try to new things, and we're here to build a scalable, creative marketing department to support FLEXE's rapid growth.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive people who are genuinely excited about the opportunity here and bring that energy every day.
Karl, our CEO, sets the tone that this is a place we want to ensure everyone loves to work at! I love that he has such a commitment to our people!

What did you like most about the interview process?
The broad spectrum of people and teams who were pulled into my interview process.
They were quick to give me an answer and very friendly in answering my questions. I felt like I fit in immediately and that it was more of a conversation than an interview.
Feels like it was forever ago, but I recollect that it was transparent and thorough.
