Flexera does a great job of hiring friendly and well intentioned people, as well as having people who are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their chosen areas
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are inclusive, friendly and usually want to strike a balance between doing great work and having fun while doing it. There are some who work crazy hours, but I've never personally felt pressurised to be one of those people
