People care. They really do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

That people are friendly. They aren't honest in sharing feedback. They are nice though.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Stop chasing the exciting new things and focus on what you need to get right. Communicate that often with everyone.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Clarity on who and why. Better benefits. The recruiter apologized to me saying that they knew how bad they were but that the culture makes up for it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better 401K. Person on my team could only take a few months maternity leave and shared what she had at her last job and that her husband has double what we give her so at least they had childcare. It's embarassing.
