That people are friendly. They aren't honest in sharing feedback. They are nice though.
Stop chasing the exciting new things and focus on what you need to get right. Communicate that often with everyone.

Better 401K. Person on my team could only take a few months maternity leave and shared what she had at her last job and that her husband has double what we give her so at least they had childcare. It's embarassing.
