Flexera is a company that has grown through multiple acquisitions resulting in a fractured and disjointed organizational with no real enterprise wide strategy.

They change priorities on a dime. It's all about M&A, making promises to the people and reneging on those promises to keep the technology and shed the people. You have to start caring about everyone and not just throwing money at those on top. The chatter internally is about the toxic work place.

Out with the old and in with the new. There's no business continuity planning, they just hope the new folks can come up to speed quickly and that the customers don't notice. New offerings are shouted from the rooftops, but other offerings are quietly shelved.
