Management toxic, protect themselves and if you poke the inner sanctum, you are targeted. Absolute morons who have been there 10,20,30 years with no idea. You are merely a robot. Worst place I have ever worked.

Flight centre needs "Actively" demonstrate you stand by your mission statement. Personally would never return to be a customer or work within your company.
