Better attitudes. Stop standing around talking.

The company treats associates horribly. Many are overtaxed and poorly trained.

Common decency and courtesy need to be taught

Leadership qualities. Coaching and team building

I would like to be in my own business and not work for someone else.

The company culture is corrosive. Top management needs to be completely replaced
