Treated like a dedicated employee and not a part timer.

Bring the pay up to inflation at least.

Work week typically 50+ hours

I hate our 401k fund options. I should be able to fund my 401k however I like when theres a 3 year vesting period.

No benefits at flowers at all at flowers no vacations either have to work 7 days a week
