Communication, taking care of dedicated employees that have been with the company longer than most of the MANAGERS AND CEO's, honoring time aerved to the company and honoring time off and paid vacation. There are bonuses or rewards to those who keep thia running. We are treated like robots.

They reward laziness with easy work and punish hard work by forcing the lazy peoples overtime on them.
