We have a good HR director,and plant manager but the bosses could do better.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything possible needs to be changed.
Communication, taking care of dedicated employees that have been with the company longer than most of the MANAGERS AND CEO's, honoring time aerved to the company and honoring time off and paid vacation. There are bonuses or rewards to those who keep thia running. We are treated like robots.
Working somewhere else and not flowers
Stop using sales manager that use the business to promote their own agendas.
They reward laziness with easy work and punish hard work by forcing the lazy peoples overtime on them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance is very good
Vacation,paid time off personal day 401k
401k match up to a certain %great healthcare,dental,vision plan
Bonus is the best feature
It is a comprehensive program
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor compensation for a part time job
Treated like a dedicated employee and not a part timer.
Bring the pay up to inflation at least.
Work week typically 50+ hours
I hate our 401k fund options. I should be able to fund my 401k however I like when theres a 3 year vesting period.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are mostly great. It's management that doesn't care what we think or have to say.
Sharing knowledge and good at helping when needed not managament

I'm a shipper and I do not get too work with anyone it's just me till the drivers come in.
Actually work together. Actually work for one. Actually bukd people up instead of creating a storm of shit talk
They could do their jobs and take a little pride in their work.

Nothing positive about it. Sadly

Get new management, too old and comfortable

Honestly they are there to help you get adjusted to your new job title and if you have any questions or concerns The HR door is always open.

The culture is not a harmonious team but rather a top down, lead by fear approach. Change the culture so people want to do good.
