I feel as though ive put in so many years and have not been respected, appreciated and most definately over worked with little pay increase. Almost 30 years with this company and my dollar amount does not even rqual the years ive put in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Treated like a dedicated employee and not a part timer.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Overworked, under paid. Their is no reaponse or aide fron highe ups
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, taking care of dedicated employees that have been with the company longer than most of the MANAGERS AND CEO's, honoring time aerved to the company and honoring time off and paid vacation. There are bonuses or rewards to those who keep thia running. We are treated like robots.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no teamwork, there are no meetings which are supposed to be monthly, the moral is low, the lower management want to make demands on what is done in your area of expertise but do not know their own place, TEAMWORK makes the dreamwork but thwir is none... no commradery.
