The employees working together and helping each other, except the lazy ones.

My co-workers are mostly great. It's management that doesn't care what we think or have to say.
There is no teamwork, there are no meetings which are supposed to be monthly, the moral is low, the lower management want to make demands on what is done in your area of expertise but do not know their own place, TEAMWORK makes the dreamwork but thwir is none... no commradery.
The people in this company and that are apart of this team are very uplifting and posativ e individuaps. They push me to get out of my comfort zone and learn new skills daily.
