Communication, taking care of dedicated employees that have been with the company longer than most of the MANAGERS AND CEO's, honoring time aerved to the company and honoring time off and paid vacation. There are bonuses or rewards to those who keep thia running. We are treated like robots.
Working somewhere else and not flowers
Stop using sales manager that use the business to promote their own agendas.
They reward laziness with easy work and punish hard work by forcing the lazy peoples overtime on them.
Poor compensation for a part time job

Bring the pay up to inflation at least.

I hate our 401k fund options. I should be able to fund my 401k however I like when theres a 3 year vesting period.

Be more specific and go over company structure.
The culture is not a harmonious team but rather a top down, lead by fear approach. Change the culture so people want to do good.
Overworked, under paid. Their is no reaponse or aide fron highe ups
