Every since Fortive has taken over it has went downhill. And continues to.... We've all spoken to management about what we need but they don't care. Compensation is a joke. They don't even keep up with what average wages are in the area. Which tells us they don't truly care or value their employees
Totally undervalued. Almost everyone there is.
Leaving the drama out of the workday.
Actually stop planning , replanning and planning again - and actually try things
