The overall experience was ok to say the least. There is still room for improvement. Overall its a decent place to work.

Great when I started back in 2014, but acquisition of DuPont site in Delaware I. 2017 introduced a toxic culture that has drowned out the FMC culture, and now we are drowning in chaos
