They tried to be visible when possible. Many were approachable.

With all the new changes there was some uncertainty among employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My education and work experience is more than others with the same title and I'm receiving the least. In addition, I have many skills that are underutilized. I would be satisfied if it were fair across the board.
