Great when I started back in 2014, but acquisition of DuPont site in Delaware I. 2017 introduced a toxic culture that has drowned out the FMC culture, and now we are drowning in chaos

I am wearing two hats but compensated for the lower end of one

Fostering a fair and equal workplace, stamping out the bullying, and getting rid of toxic DuPont culture

Toxic workplace, bullying, lack of communication, unfair equity and development, not a level playing field, poor management
