FMI has just released a new maternity policy for expectant parents.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compensation is fine. Exec team needs to treat others equally. They grunt at ones that are the lower workers and talk full sentences to the higher ups.

We have diverse knowledge for multiple solutions.

Better attitude in the work place
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are not micromanaged and can prioritize in our way.

We have a very nice office in a great location and have the ability to self manage our tasks.
