Making decisions and sticking to them in a way that inspires confidence. After so many course changes, nobody believes anything the leadership team says.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Some very highly skilled professionals in some positions, certainly. There is no reason for them to stay, however. They have no reason to believe in the mission of the company when it changes every six months.
