What are some of the best things about your team?Some very highly skilled professionals in some positions, certainly. There is no reason for them to stay, however. They have no reason to believe in the mission of the company when it changes every six months.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Pay your employees instead of paying union busters.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Making decisions and sticking to them in a way that inspires confidence. After so many course changes, nobody believes anything the leadership team says.
