What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team have created a people-first culture and treat everyone with respect and fairness. I also like that they are very transparent with goals and strategies.
They are strong transparent leaders who put their direct reports in opportunities for growth and success
They make themeselves available and look take employee feeback seriously
The leadership team has done a great job of being a leading company by allowing work from home early on. Everyone down to interns have interactions/access to upper management
I love my job, I get to elaborate on worldwide problems and interesting topics. I enjoy working with my manager and a great team. I am proud to be a part of the Forbes team
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop internal politics and greed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good 401(k) and HSA match.
It's very straightforward and in-line with industry standards
Great benefits including but not limited to wfh
probably the tax returns I receive every year.
vacation package is wonderful and creative

Lots of trust and autonomy
The team is a group of like-minded people working toward a collective goal
Smart, problem solvers, fun, hard working
Everybody in my team is always working hard to the best of their abilities to inform the world

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the lack of internal politics
We have a direct pulse on innovation and positive work cultures. We not only champion those who do it, we incorporate it at our own company
The people are all friendly and always looking to do things together
the most positive part about working at Forbes is the ability to chose your amount of projects you work on, and that you get paid accordingly.
