A good and consistent job. However, minor annoyances build up and decrease overall morale. This sometimes translates to the quality of my work not being as good as I'd like it to be.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The coachmen complex needs actual investment to maintain it. The "cheap solutions" to maintain infrastructure are ridiculous and make everyone's jobs more difficult. Invest in and maintain the infrastructure and the company will be a better place. Right now its embarrassing.
