What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Don't really know. Most of the people are good people.
Most days, the team members I interact with have positive attitudes and do enjoy working on the Forest River team, which is great to see and hear. Certain things are a little messy in the environment, but the team is currently working on these items which again, is great to see.
Growth and stability are key.
Eveyone is nice and laid back as ling as you dontour job and treat people with respect as well
