What are some of the best things about your team?
15-18 total Skeleton Crew kept 5C open because the knowledge and work ethic. working solo for 16 weeks while trainer had carpel tunnel surgery both wrists.
All work together instead if against each other
I am my teem i repair all the forklifts by myself.
The communication as well as the topics. Most team members are comfortable enough with me to discuss his or her home experiences which I believe creates stronger working relationships within the team because this helps build trust.
Experience! We limit turnover while adding fresh perspective.
We all work together to get things done. We help whom ever needs it and we dont complain. We have always functioned as a group.
