The "culture" at Formstack started off great and ended in a place that existed to serve the whims of Private Equity and nothing else. There is no more culture here. There is only sadness and The Grind.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Streamline the process so it doesn't take months to hire someone.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remove the ELT, sever the ties to Private Equity, allow the employees to own the company and actually enjoy the means of their production.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The People at Formstack, in spite of the horrific work culture, do great things every day and truly care about lifting one another up. It's a shame they get ZERO support from the ELT.
