What do you like best about the leadership team?

Nothing. They are extremely incompetent & uninspiring.

Cohesiveness, Communicative, Growth Mindset, Compassionate, they truly care

Willing to listen when the time is right for them. Funny if you know them!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leading. They should just resign.

They need to clear out the executive team all together and put in compentent executive leaders. That is Formstack's only chance at survival.

All the ELT's and Directors need to Resign. The company course needs a drastic correction before anything can happen there.

Move on. They are poor leaders; setting unclear goals, speaking out of both sides of their mouths, and overseeing a failing strategy and direction for what was once a great company.

Stop lying to your employees. Resign and let the people who care about the company run the company.

I am ignored until there are emergencies & never thanked. My job title was changed to something meaningless & I have been refused an updated job description. Compensation is far below industry standards.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are smart and hard working. They understand which tasks are important.

The people are the best thing about the company.

Most of the middle managers (aka people managers) as well as individual contributors were absolutely amazing. Near the end of my time it was quite literally the only thing that kept me working.

The former HR leader (not the current - shes a mess) did an incredible job building an employee-centric culture, so the tenured employees are/were imcredible to work with. Unfortunately, most of that has been destroyed by the current regime.

My team were workers. We had to support a broken product with no clear idea what the product was supposed to be.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

It is hard to go to work everyday knowing how unhappy everyone around you is. When your favorite managers are no longer there and you have no support. Everyone is interviewing for other jobs so no one cares about the projects they work on anyway. Miserably depressed atmosphere.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

While we are remote, that is not our driving culture value. We value transparency and working together. We are always driven to do our best!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

It cant be saved at this point. Misery loved company. The ELT is a breeding ground for fraud and deception. Investors should get out while they can.

The executive team needs to listen to its people rather than do whatever they want while hiring all their friends to come work for them.

ELT needs to be replaced - especially CEO (bad leadership), CFO (literally had to let go of half the company to conserve funds, and he should be held responsible), and HR (HR leader is the worst leader/manager a company could possibly have - zero empathy or care for any employees)

Executive leadership team overhaul. CEO, CFO, and CHRO all need to go.

Authenticity, don't pretend decision are made with the employee's interest at heart

What did you like most about the interview process?

Quick communication and transparent process.

Depends on who you are. If you are a friend of an exec then you get handed a job with no interview or anything (especially HR), otherwise you have a normal interview process for the most part.

I liked the transparent nature of the interview process. I liked how communicative my interviewing manager was.

Involved in great culture and company objectives. Understand what I was going to be doing! Great exposure to different teams that are not just the one I am joining!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Streamline the process so it doesn't take months to hire someone.
