Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are very collaborative and work towards understanding the why behind changes or major implementations.
My manager is fair and knowledgeable. Our executive team changes too much and is not in touch with employee experience concerning helping our clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listening, being diverse and working together
Communication of corporate vision and goals. Making diversifying inclusion a priority. Sales leadership is not dynamic and completely uninspiring.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is competitive across the market.
The health insurance was pretty good.
Fair salary; homeworker's office benefit; RSUs; bonus. Flexible time off and permanent work-from-home for analysts and some other roles.
Health benefits are best part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
yes I feel very undervalued for my contributions
Sales compensation is overly complex. Quota and territory rollout is slow, cumbersome, and general mess.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Really nice people and willing to help
Colleagues are visionary, experienced, resourceful, innovative, personable, and practical. They are open to collaboration, interested in other people's ideas, and also challenge them to make them better.
There are a lot of smart people at Forrester.
Collaboration with direct team is frequent and helpful.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My direct team is very knowlegeable and fun to work with.
Forrester is an idea company which is refreshing. You are constantly exposed to smart people who have a genuine interest in helping clients.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
listening, telling the truth, transparency
What did you like most about the interview process?
One interviewer asked me directly why he should hire me, what I could bring to the table.
They tend to treat people with respect
It showed me what it would be like to work at Forrester. I was treated respectfully, and the work requested was reasonable for the role. They didn't ask for extra work until I was down to the final selection. What they told me about the company was accurate, transparent, and well rounded.
It was truly very conversational.

What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to innovate and create world-leading research. The ability to write Waves, and also to develop new methodologies.
Working from home is great for my mental health!
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
FD and the CV obsession are terrible mistakes and exemplify inside-out thinking. Time to change that up or continue to slowly whither.
