I feel I am paid fairly for my current contributions/role and the firm contributions to retirement are sufficient even though timing of such contributions is unknown.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never worked for another firm that seems to have leadership appear to care, in both their actions and communications, about the health and well being of all employees.
