I love the Firm so much i declined a very enticing offer to stay. I love my team and my Manager, as well as the offices i serve. My only complaint is i wish our pay was more competitive, it is difficult to remain motivated to be worked as hard as we are when you are struggling to make ends meet.

Inspiring, typically keep interests of their enployees at the forefront of the mission
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inviting, people believe in our mission. I love working with partners and intelligent people who truly care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are close we care for one another and our lives outside of work. Everyone is supportive and likes working together for the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I talk regularly with other recruiters and HR professionals in PA, and we are low . Many of my friends in entry level roles in recruiting are making over 25K more than i do as a senior and have additional comp incentives. As a senior i'd think i would make enough to comfortably live alone but cant.
