DHG has been incredible to me over the course of my career. I feel I have gotten more experiences than the average employee (secondment, fellowship, relocation, and change in role), but it has opened so many doors for me and for that I am grateful.

The partners I work with care about me and my career and provide support and opportunities for me to excel.
What makes you most happy at work?
I most enjoy the part of my job that allows me to help others and see tangible, positive, results of the time and effort that I put in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I felt the messaging around the 2021 compensation adjustments was demeaning. I was told I'm "just Firm Admin" and therefore was not deserving of a raise comparable to those in client service. Does the firm really view PSG as "just Firm Admin"? If so, that is disappointing.
