I started at DHG about three months ago and I have enjoyed everything about the company so far. The flexible work environment has been very nice. I have really enjoyed getting to know the people in my office and on my team. I have been challenged in my work, but also received a a lot of help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone has been very helpful to show me the new areas of my jobs. They are quick to answer any questions that I have.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy when I accomplish a task that I have been working towards. I also enjoy the times when I get to learn new areas that I have never seen before.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that it is a fair pay rate compared to other public accounting jobs. I also appreciate the benefits that we receive and that we have several options to choose from.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very approachable in my team. Even the high level employees will make time to talk to me and ask about how things are going. The seniors and managers that I work with check on me often and answer any questions that I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is close and will talk to each other. We have lunches and office events together where we can get to know each other. This has made it really easy to get to know everyone in the office so I enjoy coming in and talking with my team.
