View ArticleThe Wear OS by Google app must be running on your phone at all times to ensure a connection with the watch. Closing the app disconnects the watch from your phone, and prevents notifications from coming through. Make sure the app is open on your phone any time you are wearing your smartwatch.
A Connected message will appear in the app.
If a Disconnected message appears in app, swipe up from your watch face and tap the refresh circle on the Reconnect card.
Make sure your phones Bluetooth is on and your smartwatch is synced to your device.
Check your phones software version in the settings to make sure it is compatible with your smartwatch. If your phone software is out of date, update to properly sync devices.
Make sure your watchs software is up-to-date.
Swipe down from the top of your watch screen.
Tap Settings, then tap System at the bottom of the menu.
Tap About, then tap System updates. If your system is not up-to-date, it will prompt you to download the latest software build at this time.
iPhone users: Go to your phone's settings and tap Notifications. Scroll down to Messages, then scroll down to Options. When you tap Show Previews, either choose Always or When Unlocked. If Never is selected, your iPhone won't push the messages to a paired device.

How do I get started?
Visit the FG Services Repair Page, indicate what product you have, and click the checkboxes to show what services you'd like to order. At checkout, you'll receive instructions for shipping your watch to the repair team.
How much will it cost?
Once you enter your product details, you'll get to a screen with pricing information. Pricing will be determined by whether your repair is covered by your warranty, and what components you need repaired.
Where do I send my watch?
Once you complete checkout, you'll see a printable shipment form, with the shipment address for your local repair center printed on it. A link to this shipment form will also be sent to the email address you provide on your repair.
How long will my repair take?
Once FG Services receives your watch, please allow a couple of days for evaluation. Once your watch is evaluated and we can confirm the work that is required, we'll send you an updated estimate. After you approve it, please allow 2-4 weeks for us to service your watch and return it to you.

Should you require work under warranty, please send in your watch, a copy of your sales receipt and/or the warranty booklet with dealer stamp and a description of the problem to the authorized international watch service center closest to you. For service work that is not covered under this warranty, the service center may perform the services you request for a charge dependent on watch style and type of work requested. These charges are subject to change.
Do not send original packaging, as it will not be returned. FG Services highly recommends you insure your parcel and adequately protect the watch during shipment. FG Services is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment.

The watch may be disconnecting if moved outside of the phones Bluetooth range. Bluetooth range is 10 meters (30 feet) if there are no doors, walls, or other obstacles between the phone and the watch.
Bluetooth may be disabled on the phone. The app will notify you that Bluetooth is not on and will ask to turn it on. Try enabling Bluetooth on your phone using the phones Bluetooth settings. If it is already enabled, try turning Bluetooth off and on.
If your watch keeps disconnecting after replacing the battery and while still within Bluetooth range of the phone, try turning Bluetooth on and off.
If within Bluetooth range of the phone and watch still will not sync, the watch battery might be low. Follow the instructions in "HOW DO I INSTALL / REPLACE THE BATTERY" to replace your battery.

View ArticleWhen your battery gets low, your app will notify you. Once the battery becomes too low for vibrations, all hands will point to the 6 position on your watch. You will be notified within the App that the features using vibration will no longer work until the battery is replaced. You can dismiss the low battery notification in the app as well as on your watch by pressing any pusher. After you have dismissed this notification, your watch will go back to telling time.
View ArticleTo have your watch repaired, you will need to create a repair request online on our repair website. By entering your product details, you will receive an estimated cost, warranty details, and instructions for how to ship your watch into our service center.
For best results, please access our repair site using a Google Chrome browser. Click here to access the repair website. You'll be led through the following steps:
STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR PRODUCT
Select your product category (watch, hybrid smartwatch, or touchscreen) and hit Continue.
STEP 2: IDENTIFY YOUR PRODUCT
Enter in the style number of your product (typically located on the back of the watch, e.g. ES1234 or FTW1234) and check whether or not the 2-year warranty is still valid for the watch. For the warranty to be valid, you will be required to send in a copy of your proof of purchase.
STEP 3: SELECT YOUR REPAIRS
Check the required services and you'll see an estimated total for the repair (but you don't have to pay until we appraise it in person). You may include any comments you would like to forward to a repair technician in the text box. Then, hit Continue.
STEP 4: ENTER YOUR INFORMATION
Enter in your email and return shipping details so that we know where to send updates and the watch back to. Hit Continue once you have verified that it is all correct.
STEP 5: VERIFY YOUR REPAIR REQUEST
Confirm the ship-to-address, the repairs requested, as well as any comments you may have left on the repair request. Then, hit Continue.
STEP 6: COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST
Once again, confirm your information. Check the box to indicate that you agree with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to hit Complete Request.
STEP 7: SEND YOUR WATCH TO US
Now print out the shipment form which has our shipping address on it as well as instructions on what to include in the package. Then send your product off to our expert technicians.
Keep a record of the tracking number that you use to send in your watch. You will receive an email once your watch has been logged into our system; typically, a couple of business days after the tracking shows that your package has been delivered. If the watch is able to be repaired and the repair has a cost, we'll send you an email with the quote once your product is evaluated. You can then pay online.
After the repairs have been completed, we'll email you tracking details, and ship your repaired product back to you! Turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks from the day that you pay.

(we, our or us) warrants that this product and accessories included in the packaging withthe product (the Product) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the periodcommencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for two years.
This is a voluntary manufacturers warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including,but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods. Our limited warranty benefits are in addition to, and notinstead of, rights provided by consumer law.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. We do not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted orerror-free. We are not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Products use.
NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. Periodic maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear areexcluded from coverage.
CASE AND CRYSTAL (IF APPLICABLE). We do not warrant cases or crystals.
BRACELET. We do not warrant bracelets or straps.
BATTERIES. Only rechargeable batteries whose fully charged capacity falls below 80% of their rated capacity andbatteries that leak are covered by this Limited Warranty. Non-rechargeable batteries are not covered under thisLimited Warranty.
SOFTWARE. This Limited Warranty does not cover software embedded in the product and the services provided byFossil Group to owners of the Product. Refer to the license agreement accompanying the software and the servicesterms of use for details of your rights with respect to their use.
ABUSE & MISUSE. Defects or damages that result from:a) Improper operation, storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks or scratches,etc.) to the surface of the Product resulting from misuse;b) Contact with liquid, water (outside of the exposure allowed based on the water resistance standards for the Product),rain, extreme humidity, heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat, or food;c) Use of the Product for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions; ord)Other acts which are not the fault of Fossil Group, are excluded from coverage.
USE OF NON-APPROVED PRODUCTS. Defects or damage that result from the use of non-Fossil Group branded orcertified products, accessories or software or other peripheral equipment are excluded from coverage.
ALTERED PRODUCTS. Product with:a) Serial numbers or production date codes or other tracking marks that have been removed, altered or obliterated;b)Broken seals or that show evidence of tampering or access by non-authorized dealers or repair centers; areexcluded from coverage.
PRODUCTS FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS. Products that are not purchased from an authorized Fossil Groupretailer are excluded from coverage.
COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES. Defects, damages, or the failure of Products due to any communication service orsignal you may subscribe to or use with the Products is excluded from coverage.
WHAT ARE OUR OBLIGATIONS?During the applicable warranty period, provided the Product is sent in for service in accordance with the terms of thisLimited Warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the Product, at our sole option, without charge.We may, at its sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any Product, or mayreplace the Product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new Product. All replaced Products will be warranted for a periodequal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original Product or for ninety (90) days, whichever islonger. All replaced Products, parts, components, boards and equipment shall become the property of Fossil Group.Except to the extent expressly allowed by applicable law, transfer or assignment of this Limited Warranty is prohibited.
WHAT MUST YOU DO TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE?To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you must return the Product to an authorized service facility in anadequate container for shipping, accompanied by the sales receipt or comparable proof of sale showing the originaldate of purchase, the serial number of the Product and the sellers name and address. If Fossil Group determines thatany Product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, you must pay for all parts, shipping, and labor charges for therepair or return of such Product.
In some jurisdictions, where allowed by law, a shipping and handling fee may be charged for warranty repairs.
No data, software or applications added to your Product will be reinstalled. You should keep a separate backup copyof any contents of the Product before delivering the Product to Fossil Group for warranty service, as some or all of thecontents may be deleted or reformatted during the warranty service.

On watch: Select language, then scroll down to find watch name.
On phone: Open the Wear OS by Google app and tap Get Started. Select your watch name. Allow Bluetooth to connect to your watch.
A pairing code will appear on your watch and phone. Confirm that they match.
Youll see a confirmation message once your watch is paired. This can take a few minutes.
Follow the onscreen instructions on your phone and watch to complete pairing and setup.
Note: Your watch may automatically install an update and restart after its paired with your phone. If it begins downloading an update, keep the phone near your watch and ensure your watch stays charging until the update is finished.

Name and style number
The name of the item and the style number/SKU will be listed at the very top of the page. In the example below, the name of the product is the Rachel Tote and the style number is ZB7507 (leave the P off the end). These will be good indicators to help you direct someone to the product you are looking at if you are needing any additional help.
Picture preview
There may be additional pictures to view the product at different angles or videos and comparison tools to help you gauge how the product looks and feels without having it in front of you. Click on the different pictures or videos to explore them.
Price and colorways
The price will be listed clearly. If the item comes in any other available colors, you can click on them to get a closer look. Please note, patterned prints may be listed separately.
Personalization
If the item is able to be engraved or embossed, the option to do so will be present next to the 'Add To Bag' button. Click on this option to add an embossing or engraving to your item before adding it to your bag. Note, personalized items are final sale.
Product Details
The product details will provide an overview of the key features of the item. For leather products, tech compatibility will give you an idea of how large of an item will comfortably fit in the product.
Know More
The 'Want To Know More?' section will go into further detail about some of the features of the product, such as the size and material. For watches, it will also explain the water resistance and strap compatibility, if applicable.
Specs
If you scroll down far enough, you will find the 'Specs' section. This section is your one-stop shop for all information regarding the material, measurements, and features of the product.

Hold the device securely face down.
Insert the tool provided or a coin into the slot on the case back. (Figure A)
To open, apply light pressure while turning the tool or coin to the left. Line up the dots or markers. Do not over rotate. (Figure B)
Press on one side of the case back to pry it open from the other side. Remove the case back manually. (Figure C)
Insert the battery with the + or logo facing up. (Figure D)
Return the case back.
To close, apply light pressure while turning the tool or coin to the right. Line up the dots or markers. Make sure the dots or markers are exactly aligned to the closed position and the case back is fully closed with no gaps. (Figure E shows the case back in closed position)

This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects, the watch movement, hands and dial only. A printed copy of the receipt is required for warranty repairs.
The covered components will be repaired for free or the watch will be replaced if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. To send your watch in for repairs, please click here. In case of replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the same model watch. If your model is not available, a watch of equal value and similar style will be provided.
This warranty does not cover:
Any defect in materials and workmanship of battery, case, crystal, strap or bracelet; including plating on the case and/or bracelet.
Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear or aging.
Water damage if care instructions for the product's water resistance levels (as marked on the product) were not followed.
Products that are not purchased from an authorized retailer.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence of persons other than authorized sales or service agents, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is void if the serial number or product date codes or other tracking marks have been removed, altered or obliterated.

CHANGE TO A BATTERY OPTIMIZED WATCH FACE: Some watch faces, especially those with animations or interactive abilities and brighter colors, use up more battery life than others.
ADJUST SCREEN BRIGHTNESS: The brighter your watch screen, the more battery your watch will use. Turn down your watch screen brightness to save more battery power. Swipe down, tap the gear icon to access Settings, then tap Display to adjust brightness.
TURN OFF NOTIFICATIONS YOU DON'T WANT: Turning off notifications can save your battery. Edit which alerts you receive in the Notifications section of the Wear OS by Google app.
TURN ON THEATER MODE: Turn off the display and notifications by turning Theater mode on temporarily. Swipe down from the top of your screen, then tap the watch icon to enable Theater Mode. Turn your screen back on by pressing the middle button.
