Horrible management, clueless, disrespectful, dishonest and they expect hourly staff to do their jobs plus exempt personnel’s jobs but not be compensated for the work and no acknowledgment or
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Lack of respect and confidence in hourly staff, though expected to perform much more than exempt personnel and be paid much less, without promotions or career development opportunities, whether said development plans are promised or not.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hold exempt staff accountable and investigate the business instead of just taking managements word for how things are. Tons of pointless positions that pay far too much. No communication, no leadership training, non-exempt staff does the work, and exempt reaps the benefits.
