I love the overall culture at FWM! I have worked with big companies and small companies, and culture is very important. It starts at the top, and a positive, encouraging culture nurtures creativity and growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always listen, even when it can be hard to hear. I especially appreciate how they look at issues in the bigger picture that is sometimes difficult to recognize. It's easy to get short-sighted or defensive, good leadership tries to make the best decision based on as many facts as possible.
