Generous time off and flexible work schedule.
Four Kitchens offers many excellent benefits that have a significant financial impact, but my favorite is the professional development stipend. It promotes the welfare of both the employee and the company by setting money aside for personal growth and improvements.

Open vacation, 401k matching, monthly accruing tech stipend, professional development budget.
The professional development budget is high enough to be meaningful. Couple this with biz dev covering costs of key training conventions if you give presentations makes it my favorite part of my compensation.
Open PTO policy, 3% contributed to your 401k regardless of whether or not you contribute, professional development time and budget... the list goes on!
