How would you communicate to a client when they are over budget and how would you minimize write-offs on a project that is over budget?

What questions do they ask during the interview process at Four Kitchens?
Culture fit, decision making types of questions, how would you handle X situation questions, personal priorities and goals in life, some technical questions.
How would you compare interviewing at Four Kitchens to other places you've interviewed?
My interview felt much more interested in my work ethic, who I am as a person/cultural fit. I think my experience spoke for itself, but as I was looking at a role in an agency and had not worked in an agency before, 4K was evaluating if I have the right kind of personality and character for the role. It did feel like a pretty tough interview though.
