What did you like most about the interview process?
It's been years, but the fact that I was able to meet the manager I would be reporting to was great. Also, the job description and expectations were clearly laid out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The goals are set at the beginning of the year, it is up to the employee to meet those goals and receive the adequate compensation. It really does not get any easier than that.
