My coworkers and how we are able to communicate with each other.

The leadership team is always open and approachable. New ideas are always welcomed and encouraged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since we use our cell phones for work purposes, it really helps that we receive compensation for the usage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is amazing at figuring out difficult situations and turning them into positive experiences. Collaboration and communication is strongly encouraged.

The friendliness and openness when discussing the position. The interviewer made me feel super comfortable talked to me as a person and not just another candidate
What makes you most happy at work?
My career first and foremost. My boss because he encourages me to let him know what my strengths and weaknesses are and how to build on those for success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have fun. We work hard and we play hard. We encourage each other and never bring each other down. Definitely a place you want to come to every day!
