Mr. Burney J. Latiolais, Jr., has been an Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Frank's International N.V. since October 5, 2016. Mr. Latiolais served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Sales at Frank's International N.V. from February 2014 to October 5, 2016 and served as its Global Vice President of Drilling Tools & Specialty Products since 2012. Mr. Latiolais served as Global Vice President of Drilling Tools & Specialty Products at Frank's International N.V. since 2012. He began employment with FI in 1991 following his ownership of Louisiana Tubing Testers and Centralizers, Inc. His experience and foresight were instrumental in developing its Cementation Division and the purchase of Antelope Oil Tools, Inc. He also holds several patents. His expertise has been key in its development and marketing of such tools as the Fill-Up Circulating Tool System, the FACTS tool, the Shark Bite, the Anaconda Thread Protector and the CAT Sub. Prior to joining the Frank's family, Mr. Latiolais was the Chief Executive Officer at La Tubing Testers and Centralizers, Inc. He has been instrumental in the acquisition of numerous companies throughout his tenure which include Antelope Oil Tools, Inc. and Pilot Drilling Control, Ltd. (PDC). Additionally, he is listed on multiple patents as a result of his contributions to product development.
