The money paid versus the abuse by management is not worth it. Management is unorganized and unprofessional.
Description of role, team, and organization was misrepresented. If things were more transparent, accepting the position would not have happened.

Work together as a team with a common goal rather than an aggressive group that is out to sabotage others on the team.

The management needs to be trained to be able to handle adverse situations rather than sweeping it under the rug, making up lies, and inventing situations that never happened. For example, I had a perfect review then one month later I was unsatisfactory with no explanation.
